What reviewers are saying on Yelp!:

“The food was fresh and well seasoned. The variety was plentiful with numerous cuisines offered and they replenish the food very quickly! The staff was friendly and service was great. We had at the seafood station – the shrimp cocktails, clams in saffron sauce, seafood paella, fried fish sandwich and the mussels. All great! The asian section we had the pork dumplings, shrimp dumplings, shrimp/pork fried rice, bbq pork, and the shrimp cigar. Again, all awesome! The carving station- we tried the lamb chops, beef ribs, and prime rib. Very good! Definitely worth the price! Highly recommend it!” –Theresa

“And from the very first bites, we knew that this was something different.  The duck? Crisp of skin and beyond succulent.  The baked scallops? Tiny plates of tuna ceviche? The mussels in coconut curry?  All perfect.  Beyond perfect actually.  As we kept sampling in amazement we realized every item we tried was an ideal representation of its form.  Green beans perfectly crisp and seasoned to perfection.  A crispy tiny wedge salad here; a perfect slice of fungi pizza with truffle oil there. It seemed impossible.  How could pad thai for 500 people be not only delicious, but light and perfectly cooked, with none of the gloppiness that typically plagues pre-cooked noodles.  And then we started to notice that this was not industrially prepared food as in buffets of old.  Each station had its own crew of chef and cooks and expediters.  Each crew was assiduously tending their station so that food was all fresh and hot and perfectly rendered.” –Doron A.

This buffet was refurbished in 2014, and features a modern menu, revamped décor and a fresh mix of Mexican, Italian, American and Asian selections. Finish off with cotton candy for dessert.

“Amazing! There were so many choices! Salad bar selection was so fresh and wonderful, sushi was good, crab legs were delicious, clam chowder was amazing, I could go on and on! I highly recommend to anyone visiting that wants a large selection for a good price.” –Stephanie S.

“This buffet has a whole variety of yummy goodness.  The dessert area is incredible…I have never seen such a great variety before…complete with 3 different kinds of cotton candy (have you ever seen that before).  The food is better than your average run-in-the-mill buffet.  My favorite food item was the creamy clam chowder soup…some of the best clam chowder I have ever had in my life.” –Robert S.

Le Village transports diners to a French courtyard with its beautiful setting and live-action stations sectioned off by French provinces. Diners clamor for one of the made-to-order crepes, offered in sweet or savory. The line is long but worth it—the soft crepes are definitely one of the standouts here. In addition to a yummy champagne brunch with bottomless mimosas, the expansive buffet is stacked with plenty of meat dishes, including lamb, roasted turkey, roast beef and prime rib. We also love the buttery mashed potatoes, glazed mushrooms, cinnamon raisin brioche toast, spinach and artichoke dip, and omelets made any you want you want them. Try this: • Eggs Benedict • Dessert crepes, such as the Monkey with bananas and Nutella • Potatoes Lyonnaise • Breakfast sausage • Macarons and crème brulee

What reviewers are saying on Yelp!:

“The best things here is the prime rib, truffle mac and cheese and macaroons…Meats included delicious sausage, a carving station with stuffed lamb, prime rib, roasted turkey and roast beef, a tray of trip tips. But the truffle mac and cheese! Oh they were the highlight for me and the macaroons have a place amongst the best I’ve had – including Lauderee. The delicate cookie crust has the perfect crunch and the chocolate filling is airy albeit a little too much and i had to scrap some off. The creme brulee is solid. –Nona C.

“Crepe station. The crepes were so fantastic, I yelled obscenities while eating them. I went back to tip the crepe makers. They were that good. Carving station. Fresh, good meat served up with a smile. Truffle mac & cheese. Eat it. Desserts. All of them.” –Joshua M

We opted to go to the Rio’s buffet because we not only heard it was amazing but the brunch included champagne! Big score! For a Saturday we were surprised the line was only about 5 minutes long. Once we got inside we were quickly shown to a table and our server showed up promptly. The food selection was great and I was delighted that everything was so fresh. They have the COOLEST looking dessert bar. –Gerrie S.

“This buffet is mouth-watering delicious. Throughout my short Vegas trip, this buffet was definitely one of my highlights…The snow crab legs are a must and you HAVE to dip it in their garlic butter! Their regular crab legs are amazing as well, once again dip it in their garlic butter! If you come here, be prepared to eat many crab legs because it’s so good that you don’t want to stop. Besides crab legs, they serve sashimi and sushi and surprisingly, the quality of the sashimi is not bad for a buffet. They had an assortment of salmon, tuna, and tilapia. The tilapia sashimi was interesting since I never tried it raw but the salmon was delicious. The sushi chef could have cut it in equal sizes since they were of different sizes and the size of the sashimi does depend on how it tastes. Nonetheless, it was still delicious! As for sushi, they had spicy tuna roll, salmon maki, shrimp maki, kimbap (Korean sushi), and shrimp tempura roll.” –Brenda K.

Paradise Garden Buffet is perhaps the most scenic buffet on the Strip, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to the Wildlife Habitat. The buffet recently went through a fresh menu revitalization. It now serves brunch daily, with a selection of Southern and Mexican-style dishes, plus made-to-order omelets and breakfast sandwiches. Dig into waffles and pancakes or go savory at the barbecue area’s pulled pork and coleslaw.

Try this: • Caprese salad • Antipasti olive appetizer • Dessert bar • Brick oven pizza • Cucumber kimchee

What reviewers are saying on Yelp!:

“I had eggs Benedict, pizza, waffle, corned beef hash, and a custom omelet. All of which was warm and tasted great. The pizza was fluffy and tasteful. My eggs benedict tasted like it should. Omelet was filled with ham bacon and cheese just how I like them. My waffle was yummy with the house syrup and the corned beef hash had amazing flavor! Then I also proceeded to drink 5 mimosa 📷 unlimited mimosas are wonderful!”  –Bethany N

“Everyone found something to please their palate, the variety was endless, endless cocktails were included & their dessert section & fresh crepe station sealed the deal! Everything tasted fresh, not generic at all, the ambience was pleasant, not noisy or congested, just right! Not to mention a great bang for your buck. I would definitely go back here to dine & totally recommend it to anyone.” –Shak A.
