Famous food: celeb dining hot spot Mr. Chow has opening set


Get ready to “chow” down on some legendary Beijing cuisine come 2015. Las Vegas will welcome Chinese restaurant Mr Chow, set to open at Caesars Palace in the former Empress Court space next to Rao’s. And no, it’s not that Mr Chow, the hilariously eccentric criminal from the Vegas-based “Hangover” movie series–though that would make for an interesting restaurant. This Mr Chow is most famous for its Beverly Hills location, a celebrity go-to and regular paparazzi hangout. With outposts in pulsating destinations such as New York, Miami and London, the Las Vegas locale will be the seventh worldwide.


High-end cuisine highlights the Chinese food menu signatures such as chicken satay, green prawns, hand-pulled Mr Chow noodles and famed Beijing duck. The elevated cuisine and mixology cocktails will pair well with the chic and stylish design of the restaurant, whose prime location overlooks the hotel’s Garden of the Gods pool oasis.


“For Mr Chow, Las Vegas is a must,” said Mr Chow. “After many years of hard work, at last, we are happy to announce that we found our perfect match in Caesars Palace. Caesars is the pioneer and cornerstone of Vegas and we are delighted to open in the year of the sheep.”
