Gordon Ramsay set for a spring opening at the Linq Las Vegas


Continuing his culinary reign in Las Vegas, Gordon Ramsay will open his newest venue, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, at The LINQ Promenade in Spring 2015. The takeaway-style British restaurant will feature fish and chips, among other types of traditional British comfort food. Ramsay, already has three extremely successful restaurants in Las Vegas (at Paris, Caesars Palace and Planet Hollywood), with this newest venture marking his fourth as he continues to bring flavors and touches of the UK to the Strip.


“My play on fish and chips coupled with a fast, casual environment is perfect for The LINQ Promenade, and I am delighted to be opening another venture in Vegas which is becoming a second home,” said Ramsay.


Located adjacent to the High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel, guests at Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips will be able to view the chefs in action in the kitchen as they prepare the made to order dishes. In addition to his signature fish and chips, other traditional British comfort food will be served, including bangers and mash, chicken planks, sausages and hearty seafood chowder. At 740 square feet in size, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips will offer quick service for guests to enjoy on the go, allowing them to continute to explore The LINQ promenade, shop or ride the High Roller.
