Paris' tableside cocktail carts & Ramsay's splurge-worthy bites

Paris Las Vegas is an easy choice for a Vegas vacation. Guests get a variety of choices (from sweet to sinful) under one roof, and the property’s stunning grounds, architecture and décor don’t hurt, either. While you might find yourself, catching a performance of “Jersey Boys,” taking a ride up the Eiffel Tower, having a spa and pool day and hitting the nightlife scene at Chateau, where to dine is really what’s most important in a foodie town like Vegas.

Whether jetting in for a wild weekend with friends or looking for quality time à deux, these Paris Las Vegas restaurants hit all the right notes. Oui Oui!

BEST PLACE TO IMPRESS A DATE: EIFFEL TOWER RESTAURANT

Long noted as one of the city’s most romantic restaurants, Eiffel Tower Restaurant is a worthy substitute until you visit the real landmark in Paris, France. Floor-to-ceiling windows let a flood of natural light in during daytime hours, and let colorful Strip lights shine through at night. The view overlooking the Fountains of Bellagio is phenomenal and supremely romantic, so if celebrating something special like an anniversary, make sure to request a prime table or surprise your date with roses, the tasting menu and a custom dessert. Want to do a really grand gesture? Proposal packages are available, making it a truly unforgettable meal. After you’ve attacked the seafood platter appetizer, filet mignon or its famous lamb burger, make sure to savor something sweet at the meal’s end.

Trip type tip: Ideal dinner place for a romantic couple’s getaway Dish you can’t miss: pistachio soufflé

BEST PLACE TO BLOW YOUR DIET: GORDON RAMSAY STEAK

Trendy, sexy and pulsating, Gordon Ramsay Steak is the “Hell’s Kitchen” extraordinaire’s first Vegas restaurant—and he went all out. The energy of this fine dining hot spot is hardly stuffy, and it’s easy to get pumped for a big night out of the town, if you don’t eat too much. You’ll find some of the most prime cuts of meat on the Strip here, along with lobster, caviar, octopus and King Crab. For the table, share the American Wagyu beef sliders, fried Blue Point oysters and Kurobura pork belly. Oh, and we didn’t even mention the bread yet. Lemon focaccia and black truffled rolls so good, you consider just downing plates of them in between cocktails. Dig into entrees such as the lobster or the splurge-worthy Japanese A5 Kobe. Don’t forget the sauce, as there are plenty of accompaniments if you want to get extra fancy. In between sips of your martini, go wild with the creamy mac and cheese and gratinéed Parmesan cream spinach. You won’t escape without dessert here—the sticky toffee pudding is a gluttonously glorious must-try. Pleas refrain from pouring the hot toffee sauce directly down your throat.

Trip type tip: Perfect for bachelor parties, guy groups or major foodies Dish you can’t miss: Beef Wellington

BEST QUICK SWEET FIX: LE CREPERIE

Even if you’re trying your best to wait between meals, seeing these light, buttery crepes being made from scratch as you stroll through Le Boulevard will be tough to ignore. The continuously long lines at Le Creperie mean the chefs always get it right here, whether whipping up a healthy crepe with veggies or topping yours with scoops of ice cream. The fresh berry crepe is light and flavorful, with three kinds of summer berries and Chantilly cream. It’s a perfect stop between checking out the sights at Paris and burning calories the Vegas way: shopping.

Trip type tip: Chances are you don’t eat crepes very often; bring your group and get a selection of different flavors to share, or get a dessert crepe and split it with your sweetie Dish you can’t miss: Nutella, banana, candied hazelnuts and caramel sauce crepe

BEST RESTAURANT WITH A WOW-FACTOR VIEW: MON AMI GABI

Strip-side gem Mon Ami Gabi opened in 1999 and is still hard to get into. Reservations can be occasionally tough and the wait time for patio seating can reach hours. But you’ll see why it’s all worth it once you take in the gourmet food and the view. Truly reminiscent of a bustling outdoor French bistro, Mon Ami brings an extra French twist to your Vegas vacation. There’s something for everyone on the menu, from vegetarians to adventurous diners and gluten-free selections. Authentic dishes shine here, such as escargot, sirloin steak, French onion soup, sea scallops and steak frites. Share the baked goat cheese and tomato appetizer, but don’t be surprised if you have to order your own. (It’s that good.) The Fountains of Bellagio across the street are especially pretty if you can snag a patio table at night, but a lazy, Mimosa-filled Sunday afternoon brunch is equally as fun.

Trip type tip: A great location, eclectic menu and setting for special occasions make this perfect for selective eaters and big groups Dish you can’t miss: Lemon salmon

BEST CHEAP EATS: JJ’S BOULANGERIE

If you don’t want to stand in line for croissant sandwiches and pastries at super-popular café JJ’s Boulangerie, opt for its grab-and-go pizza area. Located in a separate area plus boasting a take-out window, the pizza oven churns out a few different flavors of pies, available by the slice or whole. There’s even a $6-10 lunchtime combo deals for one-two slices and a soda. A large pizza is around $25, which is easy to share, cost efficient and fast to eat. Inhale a few slices and you’ll get back to the tables in no time. Skip alcohol when ordering the pizza, and enjoy the complimentary cocktails you’ll get while gambling.

Trip type tip: Anyone hungover, in a rush or in need of a late-night snack Dish you can’t miss: Mushroom pizza

BEST PLACE TO SPOT A CELEB: SUGAR FACTORY BAR & GRILL

Vibrant and colorful with a trendy, sweets-packed menu, Sugar Factory is the “it” place for dining before hitting Chateau Nightclub directly above the restaurant. Past diners include the Kardashian sisters, Britney Spears, Nicky Hilton, Eva Longoria and Carmen Electra. Whimsical touches abound in everything from the décor to the adjacent candy shop. Bachelorette parties and groups of women love it here, too, thanks to infectious cocktails based on popular candies such as Jolly Ranchers, Reese’s and Lemonheads. A rolling cocktail cart will even come to your table to make one of Sugar Factory’s oversized goblet cocktails that smoke with dry ice. The dishes are just as quirky as the drinks, all with a comfort food slant. Chocolate French toast, carrot cake pancakes, fried mac and cheese and double grilled cheese BLT are just a few of the highlights that make us drool and promise to drink more kale juice when the trip is over. Eat up before a night of drinking and partying or return in the morning to nosh away any accompanying hangovers.

Trip type tip: Bachelorette parties, girl groups or those looking for a party scene will appreciate the vibe here. Dish you can’t miss: fried chicken with bacon waffles
